Meditation is the best body love practice and here’s why
In my opinion, meditation is the best body loving practice.
On a physical level, it helps with lowering blood pressure, boosting immunity and helping people cope with pain.
On an emotional level, it helps with managing stress. Plus, it helps us to respond to things rather than reacting to things which makes us feel better about ourselves.
