Calm Body Sundays
Living with pelvic pain can be exhausting. It can affect how you move, how you feel in your body, and how connected you feel to others.
Calm Body Sundays is a monthly 90-minute wellbeing session created especially for women living with pelvic pain or ongoing pelvic discomfort.
These sessions offer a gentle, welcoming space to move, breathe, rest and connect with others who understand that some days simply getting out of the house is an achievement.
No previous yoga experience is needed.
What we’ll do together
Each session includes:
60 minutes of gentle yoga, breathing and guided relaxation
30 minutes of quiet conversation, journaling, reading, crafting or occasional guest speakers
Small group (maximum 15 women)
An atmosphere where you are welcome exactly as you are
You are encouraged to rest whenever you need. Everything is optional.
Who is it for?
Calm Body Sundays is suitable for women living with:
pelvic pain
endometriosis
adenomyosis
pelvic floor dysfunction
persistent pelvic tension or discomfort
other chronic pelvic conditions
It may also feel supportive for women experiencing other persistent pain conditions where gentle movement and relaxation are appropriate.
Why gentle movement?
Persistent pain affects more than the body. It can leave us feeling tense, anxious about movement and disconnected from ourselves.
Research increasingly supports mindfulness-based approaches—including gentle movement, breathing practices and relaxation—as helpful alongside medical care for many people living with persistent pelvic pain.
Calm Body Sundays doesn’t replace treatment. It offers a compassionate space to support your wellbeing while working alongside the care you’re already receiving.
