The 4 biggest positive changes I’ve experienced since I’ve learned to love my body
It’s been almost 6 years since I started my body love journey. When I had a hysterectomy in 2017 I got what felt like a divine message that said, “You’ve hated your body for long enough, now it’s time to start loving your body.” Since then I have learned a lot about body love and my attitude toward my body has changed immensely.
These are the positive ways my life has changed since I started learning to love my body:
My confidence has grown
I enjoy exercise and food again
I have so much more brain space
So much more energy
