How privilege impacts your health and weight

Have you ever thought about how privileged you are and how that might impact your health and your weight?

There is nothing wrong with being privileged but it is important to acknowledge it and be the best ally you can by LISTENING to what people who aren’t privileged have to say (if they want to talk) and help/support them (if they want your help or support). No one wants a saviour!

In this video I talk about a number of different types of privilege and how they can impact health and body size.

Has your health or weight been impacted by privilege (or lack there of)? Tell me about it in the comments.

(P.S. While I was live on Instagram creating this video I was being told how “sexy” I am by a man I don’t know. This is a form of privilege, he believes he can interrupt my important conversation and objectify me while I work. It’s not okay and we don’t have to stand for it. I blocked him.. bye Felipe 👋)

I’ve also been listening to my community and understand that money is tight for a lot of people right now so I have rejigged the Self Love Health Club and reduced the monthly price by half! It’s now only $97 a month and that includes 3 live online workouts (including yoga) per week, 2 group coaching sessions per month, plus access to a library of workout videos and my Intuitive Eating course, Nourish Your Body With Love. Spaces are limited to 20 so, get in quick. Click here for all the info.
