What it is

A free, guided journaling session held in person.

I’ll offer:

  • A calm arrival

  • A few gentle journaling prompts

  • Spacious silence to write

  • A soft closing to help you re-enter your day

You don’t need journaling experience. You don’t need anything figured out.

What it’s not

  • Not group therapy

  • Not a writing workshop

  • Not a sharing circle

You’re welcome to come exactly as you are.

  • Your mind feels full and your body tired

  • You crave quiet but struggle to create it alone

  • You want rest without having to talk
