Welcome to your personalised yoga program. I am so grateful and excited to have you here!

During this 6 module course, you will learn 40 yoga poses. Plus you will learn some yoga philosophies to help you become kinder and more accepting of yourself. And you will learn to incorporate 6 healthy living habits. All at a time that suits you AND without having to leave the comfort of your own home.

Here's how to get started:

1. Start thinking about what you want to achieve during this program. As you will learn, where awareness goes, energy follows. Having clear goals will ensure you get something out of this course. Check out more info in the bonus module below.

 
 

2. Schedule at least 30 minutes a week for yoga into your calendar plus another 30 minutes for the mindset sessions.  Please go and do it now, as you are more likely to allow more happiness, energy and vitality into your life if you do.

3. Remember that as part of the course you get a 30-minute private session with me. Don't forget to book it in. You can do so here.

4. If you love music and have a Spotify account, then follow my Vinyasa Flow playlist. It's great for yoga but also for chilling out.

5. We also have a Facebook Group full of women who are working on loving their bodies. You can join that here.
