About the Retreat
Over three nights, you’ll be guided through meditation, journaling, nature walks, nourishing meals, and soul-nurturing workshops, all designed to help you soften, breathe, and return to yourself with a renewed sense of peace and presence.
No experience is needed—just a willingness to receive and be held in a space of warmth, kindness, and zero expectations.
A typical day looks like this:
Breakfast at your leisure
8.30am - a gentle walk amongst the trees
10am - Loving Kindness meditation and morning tea followed by free time
1.00pm - Lunch followed by free time
3.30pm - Group activity
6.30pm - Dinner & chats

About your host
My name is Emma Polette, and I have been teaching yoga since 2014, and hosting retreats since 2017.
I believe that women need more rest than they realise and retreats are the perfect way to take time out from your every day life and break the pattern of stress.
I love hosting these retreats with a balance of activities and free time and watching the guests soften and relax.
In Denmark I am supported by a wonderful team at The Floating Forest.

The Floating Forest offers a serene retreat set amidst 22 acres of Tingle and Karri forest . This enchanting hideaway features thoughtfully designed chalets that blend rustic charm with modern comforts, providing guests with a unique 'home away from home' experience .
Each chalet boasts stylish furnishings, curated artwork, and panoramic views of the surrounding forest and Wilson Inlet, creating an atmosphere that soothes the soul and reconnects you with nature .

A packing list will be provided closer to the retreat.

No, it is not recommended. Part of the magic of this retreat is to take time out to be alone with yourself and your needs. Plus, there is not enough room for more than 6 people to share meals. But please feel free to ask for your friend’s studio to be close to yours!
